How can I order from Seajure Online Store?

1. View all available products.

2. Select a size and click on “Add to cart”

3. Click on the superior right cart button and proceed to cart or directly to checkout.

4. Fill the data asked and select a delivery and payment available method.

5. Conclude the payment and that’s it!

 

I ordered a wrong product and size, what should I do?

In that case, if the order hasn’t yet been processed / shipped, please contact us as soon as possible in order to evaluate if changes can be processed before the order is shipped.

 

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our customer support.

 

I accidently set the wrong delivery info, how can I change it?

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assure to update info from our side as well as courier side.

 

Do I have to pay extra taxes on my order?

VAT is already included in the product price, as shown on all pages of the website and in your Shopping Bag. There will be no extra duties charged on your order if the shipping is to European Union Countries. For shipping outside the EU countries, shipping costs may be applied although they are visible and totally transparent on the checkout and before the payment is processed.
Depending on customs policies (non EU countries) taxes, duties and may be charged.

 

Does Seajure delivers an order in my country?

Yes! Please check Deliveries and Returns menu and check your
country specific policy. If something is wrong, missing or not clear, please contact us.

 

After purchasing, will I be informed about the next steps?

Yes, after purchasing, we will keep you informed through automatic emails that will notify you when your order changes its status. At any moment you can
contact us about your order and we will be glad to assist you.

 

Which delivery options are available?

Delivery option may vary according to delivery country: home / office delivery, locker and PickUp points. If you currently need a different delivery
method that is not available, please contact us and we will do our best in order to better suit your needs and to upgrade our online store.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return an item?
In many countries we offer free returns and collections, please click here to know your country delivery and return policy.
When returns free policy is applicable, you will receive a return label that facilitates the returning process.
In any case, you can return the item within a maximum of 20 calendar days, after receiving the order. All items refund shall be accepted if in respect with the following rules:
– The products must not show signs of having been used or washed beyond the proof of size and shape;
– The products must maintain the original characteristics and the packaging must not be damaged, beyond what is necessary for a careful opening;
– The products must be complete with all the parts that compose it, and even with the respective identification tags.
– Depending on the country where your order was delivered, the return for cancellation of the purchase may be customers responsibility, along with custom eventual taxes and fees.

Can I ask for a product exchange?
European Union countries have free returns as well as free exchanges. In other European and rest of the World countries exchanges are not possible.
When you return a product, please be sure to add inside the box the instructions for exchange in order for us to process as intended.

When will I receive the refund?
Our internal processes tend to be agile and fast. After we received your return we may process the refund in one to two days. You will be notified when the refund is processed.

Products

How can I identify the best size for me?
On each product page, after product images, you will find a table with Size Chart info. This size chart displays a complete guide with different scales and dimensions which will help you find the better size. If doubts remain, please get in touch with us and we will help you finding the best size.

The size I want is out of stock, what should I do?
When a size is out of stock, it is possible to fill the automatic notification form. To do so, you need to select the out of stock size on the product you want, fill the out stock form which will be shown, and confirm. After that you will be notified if and when the product gets back in stock.

How should I care Seajure products?
Each product type has its own care needs. Even inside a product type, there may be different types of care application, for instances, we offer leather shoes and nubuck leather shoes. Both types of leather have different types of cares.

My product seems faulty, what should I do?
Every Seajure product is carefully developed with the better raw materials to be resistant, comfortable and durable. Before each order is sent, quality control team inspects individually and carefully each product, assuring that it arrives at the best standard parameters we demand.
At any point of your purchase or product use, if you find any product fault, please contact us and we will assist you and take actions to correct the issue.

I’m facing problems with order delivery, what should I do?
Please contact us, we will manage directly with the correspondent courier in order to streamline your best interests and to accelerate the process.

The courier tracking number does not show results, what should I do?
When the order is shipped, we will provide you the original courier tracking number. Normally, that tracking number is an unique number associated with your order and registers developments regarding courier delivery steps and moments. If you tracking number isn’t providing information or clear results, please contact us, and we will manage directly the issue with the correspondent courier.
