Delivery Methods

If you currently need a different delivery method that is not available, please contact us and we will do our best in order to better suit your needs and to upgrade our online store. There are available different delivery methods, depending on the country: home / office delivery, locker and PickUp points. Please be aware that shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown on the first phase of the checkout, transparently.

Seajure Online store is available worldwide. We guarantee free delivery in all European Union countries and fair shipping costs for other countries. Consider the following summary:

European Union: Free shipping, returns and exchanges; 2-5 working days
delivery.

United Kingdom, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Vatican City and Ukraine: Free shipping on
orders above 120€, 20€ for orders below. 2-5 working days delivery.

USA and Canada: Free shipping on orders above 200€, 35€ for orders below. 4-8 working days delivery.

Customs Duties and Charges

Seajure Online orders destined for European Union countries includes VAT, intheir final price illustrated on each product. In non-EU orders, VAT is not included, so the commercial price of the product must be considered the visiblevalue in each product.Extra-Community orders may be subject to VAT, Customs Import Duties or othercountry specific taxes, payable by the recipient when receiving the order inthe destination country. Orders placed through the Seajure Online Store areplaced according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU Delivery with UnpaidRights). This means that in non-EU orders Seajure does not include VAT in thefinal amount paid for the order or any customs duties and / or taxes. Returns

In many countries we offer free returns and collections, please click here to know your country delivery and return policy.When returns free policy is applicable, you will receive a return label that facilitates the returning process.In any case, you can return the item within a maximum of 20 calendar days, after receiving the order. All items refund shall be accepted if in respect with the following rules:– The products must not show signs of having been used or washed beyond the proof of size and shape;– The products must maintain the original characteristics and the packaging must not be damaged, beyond what is necessary for a careful opening;– The products must be complete with all the parts that compose it, and even with the respective identification tags.– Depending on the country where your order was delivered, the return for cancellation of the purchase may be customers responsibility, along with custom eventual taxes and fees.Respecting mentioned assumptions, you can at any tie address your return directly to our headquarters:

Exchange, Refund or Voucher

Depending on the delivery country policy, exchanges are possible and free.In case you want to return and the correspondent refund, consider that refunds are always made using the same payment method as the original order.
