All Seajure orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Guimarães, Portugal, using trusted international couriers such as DPD and DHL, depending on the destination.
Our delivery process ensures that every product reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition.

Delivery Options
Depending on the destination country, the following delivery options may be available:
Home / Office delivery – Standard option for most countries.
Pickup Point or Locker delivery – Available in selected countries through local courier partners.
If you require a different delivery method or a special service, please contact us — our team will always do its best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after order dispatch:
Portugal & Spain: 1–3 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days
Outside Europe: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s network and customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Costs
European Union: Free shipping on all orders.
Outside the EU: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed transparently before payment.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow the shipment status online.
If the tracking information does not appear immediately, please allow a few hours for the courier’s system to update.

Order Tracking

European Union Orders
For all orders shipped within the European Union (EU), VAT is already included in the final product price displayed on our website.
There are no additional taxes or customs fees to pay upon delivery.

Non-European Union Orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT is not included in the prices shown on our website.
The amount displayed represents the base commercial price of each product.
Depending on your country’s customs regulations, your order may be subject to local VAT, import duties, or other applicable taxes.
These charges are determined by the local authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Terms (Incoterm DDU)
All Seajure orders are shipped under the Incoterm “Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)”.
This means that for non-EU destinations, Seajure does not include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes in the amount paid at checkout.
If such fees are applied, they must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority before the order can be delivered.

General Policy
At Seajure, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may do so within 20 calendar days from the date of delivery.
In many countries, we offer free returns and home collections.
Please refer to your country specific delivery and return policy to confirm whether this applies to your location.
When free returns are available, you’ll receive a prepaid return label to simplify the process.

Return Conditions
To ensure that your return is accepted and processed smoothly, please make sure that:
The products show no signs of wear or washing, other than a brief fitting to check size and comfort;
The products retain their original characteristics and packaging is undamaged, except for careful opening;
All items are complete and include all original components, accessories, and tags;
Depending on the country of delivery, return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes (when applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time
Once your returned item arrives at our facilities, our team will inspect it to confirm compliance with our return conditions.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges
Depending on the delivery country policy, exchanges may be free of charge.
For European Union countries, exchanges are generally available at no additional cost.
In other regions, local return and exchange policies may apply — please consult your country-specific policy for details.

Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please note that all refunds are processed using the same payment method used in the original order.
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, the refund is typically issued within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is completed.

Voucher Option
Alternatively, you may choose to receive a Seajure voucher instead of a monetary refund.
The voucher will have the same value as your return and will be sent directly to the email address associated with your purchase.
It can be used for any future order at the Seajure Online Store, with no expiration date.
